First Aid at Events provide the following services:

First Aid Treatment

Our First Aid personnel will provide on-site emergency first aid.  First Aid @ Events adhere to the concept of prevention being better than cure.  Our Medics will therefore provide timely intervention where possible, such as the provision of drinking water to prevent dehydration and site risk assessment to ensure a safe environment for your patrons.

Equipment

First Aid @ Events supply the following professionals and equipment at every event:

  • Fully mobile, trained and equipped professional Level 2 and/or Level 3 First Aiders with Kits, Documentation, Uniform, Banners, Policy, Procedures and Insurances for all your Events so that you can relax and enjoy the day.
  • Specialised equipment available on request or as determined through risk assessment. 

 Please note: we do not provide vehicles at this time.

Our People

  • All First aiders are accredited with a minimum qualification of Basic First Aid (Level 2 equivalent).
  • Medically trained personnel include: Advanced First Aid Medics, Registered and Critical Care Nurses, Doctors and Internationally Registered Nurses - ensuring the highest level of experience and care possible.
  • All staff will attend events in full uniform; uniforms are easily identifiable and photo identification will be worn and displayed at all times.
  • Portable communication devices will ensure all staff are in constant contact.
  • Event orientation is mandatory for all staff.
  • Fully insured.

I requested First Aid for a three day event at very short notice and it wasn’t looking very promising with over 133 events on that weekend.

First Aid @ Events were able to find two people, who were advanced level in first aid and were fantastic over the three days. There was one incident in which a gentleman had a cardiac arrest, l cannot thank First Aid Staff enough for their professional approach and experience in dealing with the situation.

It was a pleasure working with Adrian, Chrissie and Blix from First Aid at Events and l look forward to working with them in the future.

Special Events 


We were delighted to engage First Aid at Events to supply First Aid services for the inaugural All Tomorrow’s Parties Festival at Mt Buller in January 2009.  Given the remote location, with unusual terrain and an audience of 3500 people, it was critical for us to have competent, confident personnel on site.  We were thoroughly impressed with the First Aid at Events staff, who treated everything from sunburn and insect bites, through to more serious injuries.  They were professional, amiable and incredibly well trained.  I look forward to working with First Aid at Events on future projects and would highly recommend them to all events producers.

Thank you for sending out two fantastic first aiders, they worked flat-out all day and remained cheerful throughout the day. Everybody who required First Aid had nothing but praise for them. We'll have them anytime at future events.

 
At the end of the day we raised between $30-35k for the Bushfire Relief Fund (the counting continues).
